This pendant necklace is 22" long with a cord made of porcelain beads, scrunched silk, a silk thread wrapped bead, and wrapped felt. The complicated pendant has three layers. The top is a lavishly bead embellished raised circle, lying on an orange silk shape. These are stitched to a felt base with a patterned silk shibori section. Wire that is wrapped with silk waste thread comes out from the base, twists, and turns becoming a connection to the scrunched silk cord. The piece closes with a silk covered button and loop.
